The Government Has No Intention Of Affected Students ' Thinking, Khaled

PUTRAJAYA: The Government has no intention to influence the thinking of students through activities on the campus, said higher education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

He said allegations that the Government influenced the thinking of students through activities such as forum is not true because it defeats the purpose of higher education.

"There is no intention to influence the thinking of students, it will not help us achieve the target of planting critical thinking skills among students," said Mohamed Khaled told reporters here.

He again said the Ministry or University Utara Malaysia is not involved with the forum held in UUM involve undergraduates should K.S. Bawani and President of women's Voices 1 (SW1M) Sharifah El Faracha Jabeen Syed Shah poor.

Forum sparked controversy when a video clip in YouTube social page shows Sharifah El Faracha Jabeen memaki expletives Bawani on free education.
